How long does delivery take?
Zaiynora delivers women’s sleepwear to several international destinations using reliable courier services selected to provide safe and efficient delivery.
- European Union and Switzerland: approximately 8–10 working days
- United Kingdom: approximately 6–10 working days
- South Africa: approximately 8–12 working days
These delivery times are estimates. Delivery may take slightly longer depending on the destination, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or local courier operations.
How much does shipping cost?
Zaiynora offers free shipping and returns on orders over €30.
For orders below €30, a standard shipping fee may apply. The exact shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
All prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.
You can use the tracking link to follow the latest available delivery updates until your Zaiynora parcel reaches you.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after your parcel has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?
To request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at contact@zaiynora.com.
Changes or cancellations can only be considered before the order has entered processing or been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with the Zaiynora Return and Refund Policy.
What is the Zaiynora return policy?
Zaiynora provides a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible purchases. If you are not satisfied with your sleepwear, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must generally be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Free from stains, perfume, makeup, marks, or damage
- Returned with its original tags and packaging where applicable
For hygiene reasons, intimate sleepwear must be unworn and returned with any protective seals or hygiene strips intact.
Additional return conditions or exclusions may apply depending on the item and reason for return.
How do I start a return?
To request a return, email contact@zaiynora.com with your order number, the email address used during checkout, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.
Please include clear photographs when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Our support team will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address. Please do not send an item back before receiving return authorization.
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email contact@zaiynora.com and include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the sleepwear item
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
Please keep the item and its original packaging until your request has been reviewed. Depending on the issue, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Does Zaiynora offer exchanges?
Zaiynora does not currently provide direct exchanges.
To order a different size, colour, or sleepwear style, you may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order through our website.
Placing a new order separately may help prevent your preferred style from becoming unavailable while your return is being processed.
Are Zaiynora products covered by a warranty?
Yes. Zaiynora sleepwear includes a 30-day quality assurance warranty beginning from the date of delivery.
The warranty may cover confirmed manufacturing issues such as:
- Defective stitching or open seams
- Faulty buttons, straps, zippers, or fasteners
- Fabric defects present at delivery
- Incorrectly attached lace or decorative details
- Other confirmed production-related faults
The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, alterations, incorrect washing, improper storage, or failure to follow the garment care instructions.
