1. 30-Day Quality Assurance Warranty

In addition to your statutory consumer rights, Zaiynora provides a 30-day commercial Quality Assurance Warranty beginning on the date your order is delivered.

This commercial warranty covers confirmed manufacturing or production-related defects, including:

  • Faulty stitching, open seams, or incomplete construction.
  • Broken or defective buttons, zippers, hooks, straps, or fasteners upon delivery.
  • Holes, tears, or fabric damage present when the product is received.
  • Incorrectly attached lace, bows, trims, elastic, or decorative elements.
  • Major printing, embroidery, color, or pattern defects caused during manufacturing.
  • An item that materially differs from the product description or the product ordered.

2. Statutory Legal Guarantee

The 30-day Quality Assurance Warranty is an additional commercial benefit and does not replace or restrict any mandatory legal rights available to consumers.

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

5. Claim Assessment
